3. Midnight to 4:00am: Spinal cord produce blood should not stay up all night.
4. 1-3am in the morning: Gallbladder detoxification.
5. 3-5am in the morning: Lung detoxification.
6. 5-7am in the morning: Colon detoxification defecation.
7. 7-9am in the morning: Small intestine absorb nutrients hours, you should eat breakfast.
