Acne is definitely one of the skin conditions that lots of people suffer with.

Lot of people even doctor said acne is cause by bacteria. but it is not. One of the reason of having acne because it is hereditary. Acne is an inherited disorder of the pores which are the dead skin cells plug up the pores.  Normal skin pores shed about one layer of dead skin.  Acne-prone pores shed up to five layers of dead skin cells per day to the point that skin can not catch up.  This action cause the blockage, it is an ideal environment for the P. Acne bacteria to live.  At the same time, oil is the food source for the bacteria.  As you can see, bacteria is not the cause of acne, it is the effect of too many dead skin cell.

Non inflamed lesion

2. Open comedone

Inflamed lesion

1. Papules
2. Pustules
3. Nodules
4. Cysts
